@CityPowerJhb The call centre are all just a waste time they don’t give feedback, don’t want to give feedback and whem they don’t like the questions you are asking they put the phone down in you ear!! Total waste of time @CityPowerJhb # Rooderpoort SDC

@CityPowerJhb STOP LYING you know there is NO nightshift!!!! We’ve been off in Wilgeheuwel since 02:30 and you said the outage will only be looked at after 6 because there is no nightshift do you pick an choose which area get allocated nightshift because our power is STILL off @CityPowerJhb

@CityPowerJhb What is the point the whatsapp and the escalation nr if the call center agents and I quote “ we don’t get feedback from the technicians on area outages” and also phone etiquette because they are RUDE if they don’t like your questions they put the phone down @CityPowerJhb
