To all my fans,

I just want to let you all know what’s been on my mind. It’s something I’ve thought about for a while, wondering if I should bring it up or not. But today, I feel it’s the right time to share it with you.

For the past year or more, as I’ve walked this journey through Pit Babe, I’ve had the joy of meeting so many of you. And I can’t tell you how truly grateful I am. Meeting you has brought me so much happiness. Having this incredible support from fans who genuinely care about my work, my personality, and who I am—it’s something I never take for granted.

I’ve had so many memorable moments through jobs, events, and fan meetings. And one thing that’s been on my mind for a while now is that sometimes I struggle to remember every detail. Please know that I really do try. I want to remember everything you share with me—your English name, your name in your own language, your age, your birthday, and all the things you tell me. I want to remember it all because I know it matters to you, and it matters to me too.

But sometimes, when I’m asked to remember something in just those few seconds we’re face to face, I feel the weight of that moment. There’s so much happening around us—so many people I’ve met before, the sounds and noise of the event, and sometimes, it’s just hard to hear or fully understand. Sometimes it’s the language barrier, or I simply didn’t catch what you said. Please believe me when I say I’m not trying to forget. I care deeply about each of you and your feelings, and I would never want you to feel hurt or disappointed because of this.

I hope you understand. Please don’t be mad or sad at me. You all mean so much to me, more than words can say…☹️

*Important announcement regarding New Jersey and Dallas stops*

Dear Only B Fans,

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the adjustments to the New Jersey and Dallas stops of our tour. We understand the disappointment stemming from the missed Hi-Touch opportunities with the artists in New Jersey. The decision to forego the Hi-Touch sessions was made by both managements in order to prioritize the artists' well-being, especially considering the demands of the first leg of the tour.

While we acknowledge that this explanation may not fully suffice, we are committed to making amends for those who missed out. We're offering two options to compensate for the missed Hi-Touch experience: either a complimentary random signed polaroid picture of an artist, to be mailed directly to your home, or a 15% discount on tickets for the upcoming Just B World Tour in November. We understand these options may not fully remedy the situation, but we hope they demonstrate our sincere apologies.

To avail of these options, simply email us with your name and ticket order number for swift verification. We assure you that we will do our utmost to address your inquiries promptly.

As for the Dallas stop, we apologize for the delay in receiving the signed albums from Blue Dot Management. Rest assured, we will organize and dispatch them to VVIPs as soon as they are received this weekend. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
