@HelpAtGeorge bought this bag before Xmas for my daughter to use at nursery.Used it for the first time today and it’s broke. I bought it online. Can I return it or get a refund? Hasn’t had anything heavy in it only used it to walk to nursery, hang it up and nursery and walk home.
