@sainsburys my last two deliveries have been late, and both drivers have refused to carry up to the first floor. If this has changed why haven’t you told customers? It’s clearly taking them longer to deliver so you should put less deliveries in the slots so they’re on time.

@sainsburys I know your drivers are under pressure but one just refused to take my shopping out of the crates for me after I explain I’d started feeling unwell today. Stood there while I touched all the crates that he then put back in the van. This is a critical safety issue.
