@UberUKI_Support been waiting all day for ‘support’ to reply to emails as nobody on the phone can help. Why do I pay £5.99 Uber One for this awful customer service?
So @All4 KNOW there is a problem with subs paying via Apple Pay, they haven’t informed customers that they are paying for a service they are not getting, they can’t process a refund, and they don’t know when it will be fixed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE @Channel4
@PayZilch I’ve been logged out of the app, to login again it’s sending a verification code to an old number I don’t have Access to anymore… payments are due today helppppp
