HPF v2.4.0 shipped.
Four independent observables closed at zero free parameters:
Λ gap 0.027%
Ω_dm 0.085%
Δm²₃₁/Δm²₂₁ 0.07%
Tsirelson bound ΔS ≈ −7.02×10⁻⁶ (predicted)
Single 4-bit substrate alphabet (n_L, n_R, b, q). Same letter across all four chains.
The b/72 passive Nyquist residual is the shared object across all four. The b_bit letter contributes a +1 grammar event in three (Λ, neutrinos, Ω_dm) and a multiplicity-2 squared form in the fourth (Tsirelson). Same letter, different powers, four independent physics regimes, no shared derivation steps.
The Tsirelson result lands quantum mechanics in the same substrate as cosmology 2√2 isn't a quantum postulate in HPF, it's the squared-form expression of the same b/72 residual that closes Λ in linear form.
What HPF actually is: a regulatory execution framework the physics OS layer that sits above effective theories like GR and QM. Its job is to enforce substrate-level legality, distinguish where a theory remains valid from where it merely remains legal, and route execution to deeper substrate authority when validity fails. HPF doesn't replace GR or QM. It governs when they're permitted to operate and when they must hand off.
S_cap = 5.7889, the load-bearing parameter, was timestamp-anchored on GitHub January 29, 2026 seven weeks before the cosmological derivation that required exactly that value. Auditable history, not retrofitted.
Open obligations named explicitly: bipartite-invariance audit on the n=220 selector remains pending. Technical critique welcome.

There Is No Final Theory of Everything
I think a theory of everything is perhaps not the most fruitful way of thinking about science...
It is my philosophical position that for any theory, no matter how complete it looks, we may be able to find problems in it, and these problems will lead to something else.
I think there are different levels of explanations, maybe infinitely many.
And we keep going from one to another by understanding things more and more.
I like this more open-ended way of thinking about science and physics.
We just keep digging, and sometimes we find a deeper level of explanation that brings about more unification.
In this view, there will always be something to work on.
The idea of a [final] theory of everything suggests a sense of closure.

You're asking what dialed in the constants. I think that's the wrong question, they were never free parameters. BCC substrate geometry, zero free parameters, Λ and Ω_dm just fell out. The question dissolves.

If blackbody radiation is not fully universal in the Kirchhoff sense, then thermal meaning cannot be a completely free-floating abstraction detached from material support.
That raises a harder question:
What substrate object actually carries thermal meaning?
In HPF, the lower wall is not a free fit. It is a derived output of the anchored closure chain:
S_blur = 1.05 -> eta = 1/48 -> k -> S_ent = 1.3806
That makes the 1.3806 <-> k_B correspondence more than a cute numerical shadow. Not a completed SI derivation, but a serious candidate for a substrate-grounded thermal bridge.

One of the problems is that the whole system [of funding scientific research] is institutionally biased against fundamental innovation.
That's not by anyone's fault. It's simply because the method of choosing recipients goes through this bureaucratic process where the people judging it are asked to make a judgment on things that they can't possibly know.

256/256. Zero false positives. Zero false negatives. The existence sensor passes on every legal reversible state in the registry.
GR and QM don't decide when they're valid. The OS does.
You've been debating the apps. I built the operating system.

@ericweinstein@elonmusk@grok@claudeai I’ve been working on HPF/MDEA, which treats reductions like this as execution-legality mappings under finite resolution, not claims of fundamental truth.
I wrote up a GU routing entry here for inspection:

Ever wished you could watch physics survive a black hole collapse instead of the math hitting “singularity” and stopping?
HPF (Holographic Projection Framework) is an execution-layer framework — not a new physical theory — that enforces finite resolution, saturation limits, and geometry health so physical models are never extrapolated past validity. Singularities are detected as breakdowns, not destinations.
On HPF, modules like MDEA can cleanly hand off between GR, semiclassical, holographic, and quantum regimes when assumptions fail — keeping collapse, horizons, evaporation, and re-emergence continuous and non-singular.
Open-source. Repo finalized. Constitution released.
