Just feel disheartened today. Why is it that after we put in so much effort to support students to meet their ehcp goals and then use our professional judgement to make amendments to their ehcp goals, the council just turn around and give a big fat NOPE.

Proud to have been asked to speak about one of my students in today's trust review. Learnt a lot from the discussion and loved being able to highlight just how much of an impact the work put in by my team and I has really had on this particular learner over 2 years. 🙌🏻✨️

IT guys came to our building the other day. I get called back to class (with student in tow) and they go "oh. Staff and students roaming all over the place?!" Sir, welcome to SEN schools. 🤣

Tomorrow my commute turns from 45 mins to 1.5 hours as I'm on a new site. Kinda dreading going back to longer travel times.

My classroom is all packed up, the transition visit has happened and we close up our temporary site on Friday!! Back to the OG site after half term. Going to be very strange leaving our little bubble.

5.30am and I made it to the gym. Got a long day ahead of me, but I'm so proud of myself for doing this!
