Having just discovered my elderly in-laws EDF energy bills haven’t included gas, a call established their smart meter wasn’t sending signals for gas. The resulting adjustment to their bill was significant. If you can, check the bills of elderly relatives who’ve smart meters.

@DiabolicalSpuds A lady approached me & said quite rudely ‘You’ll have to move that’s my seat’ I did a quick check & assured her it was mine & her husband corrected her too. I stood so she could access her seat in the same row and she just huffed & raised her eyes at me. Weird!
