@hm_custserv @hmunitedkingdom @hm @BBCWatchdog @London_T_S Did you know in Ireland it is illegal for gift cards to expire before 5 years? But UK @hm_custserv claim gift cards can expire after 2 years. Unfair contract terms and this was not brought to my attention on the gift card. Please please reissue my daughter’s £30 voucher @hm

@hm_custserv my 14 yo daughter has tried to spend her £30 H&M gift voucher only to be told it has expired after 2 years. This is outrageous for a teenager who has been waiting to spend it. Why do your gift voucher expire? This is £30 hard earned cash which I would like back

My teenager daughter tried to spend her gift card from @hm @hm_custserv but has expired after 2 years. Customer service dreadful, asking her to email them only to tell her the same thing

@hm_custserv @hmunitedkingdom @hm My 14 yo daughter emailed @hm_custserv @hmunitedkingdom to resolve the £30 gift card which expired after 2 years - only to be told the same thing- we have taken your money from the token and it’s no longer valid. Unbelievable. Why bother asking her to email in?

@hmunitedkingdom Don’t buy gift cards from @hm @hmunitedkingdom as they expire within 2 years! My daughter lost £30 present from grandparent as she didn’t know that money would be taken from her if she didn’t spend within 2 years. What teenager checks the small print?! Disgusted at @hm_custserv
