@AmericanAir Nearly two weeks over 10 emails sent, followed the process you highlighted in your DMs yet still no response from AA, really really poor, we had black mould on a flight back in december, hot drink spilt on me during the flight with no apology, luggage lost….
@AmericanAir I replied to your response to my complaint on Feb 1 and have followed up 4 times since — still no reply. Can someone advise what’s going on? I’d appreciate a proper response

@British_Airways Hi, I have spent over 1 hour 30 minutes on the phone, on 3 separate occasions, still unsure why my flight has not been ticketed, all paid for, yet we cannot get a answer.. time ticks on for us to find alternative flights! Horrendous service.
@AmericanAir awful service, over a 8 hour delay, the response from customer relations “thanks for your feedback” terrible service, I will avoid in the future!
@British_Airways awful service, upgraded my flight over the telephone, 4 days later I am still waiting for a ticket to be issued, due to technical issues, 7 phone calls later, and still cannot be issued due to technical issues!
