I want to win every GAME too.. but stop jumping ship after one game. I’m sure we remember game one against Minnesota.. we had some very important people in the basketball community immediately jump ship.. we know how that worked out.. let’s not do that.. please..
Geesh
We got this true spurs fans… WE must play better and we will!

500-IQ intentional loss by Coach Mitch Johnson 🧠
-Didn’t close the game with Dylan Harper despite him being our best player by far (this will fuel him to become an all-timer)
-Had Wemby and Fox lay generational stinkers to give NY home court advantage
-Vic can now further build GOAT lore by going nuclear and winning the finals in the Mecca
Dylan Harper just set the Rookie record in Spurs franchise history for most points in an NBA Finals game with 14.
Previously Manu Ginobili’s 12 in 2003 Game 5.
@Games4Game My brother game, you aren’t taking into account the spurs 2 losses this season and the game the spurs won all provided some of the best film of the season. Harper and Champagnie going to show up big, being from jersey and Brooklyn.
The Spurs are giving up to 1,000 tickets during the Finals to local nonprofits serving youth across San Antonio. It allows opportunities for young people and families who may not otherwise have the chance to attend a Spurs game. This is not new. this season alone they gave away 22,000 tickets to community organizations.
Imagine turning onto your street and seeing 1000 cars, they block your driveway, they’re parked in your garage. There’s 100 people in your house cooking in your kitchen, sleeping in your bed, using your shower. That’s what the finals feels like in SA.
Naomi Osaka was asked if she’s encouraged after her loss to Sabalenka or if she’s daunted at the task of closing the gap between them, ‘I can’t let myself be discouraged every time I lose or win against someone. Because honestly, hitting a ball doesn’t really matter, like, on Earth’
“I wondered when you come off a match like this… she played an unbelievable level. How encouraged are you or how sort of daunted are you at sort of closing that gap? Presumably that’s where you want to be again… number 1.”
Naomi: “You know, I kind of realized like… I don’t know if you knew me before, but I would be very very disappointed in myself after matches like these. But I kinda realized it doesn’t matter at all. I’ve played her multiple times and sadly to say lost multiple times. The only thing I can keep doing is trying l my best. Maybe hopefully it’ll work out in my favor one day. But I can’t let myself be discouraged every time I lose to someone or win against someone. Because honestly, hitting a ball doesn’t really matter, like, on Earth, kind of.”

Everyone knows Dylan Harper is the son of a 5x NBA Champion.
But his mom, Maria Harper, was the one coaching and raising him long before the league.
Now, she gets to watch him play in the NBA Finals as a rookie.
Unbelievable legacy. ✨
