The amount of incorrect fitness and health advice online is disturbing. There used to be some bad apples but I’m seeing more and more of them because they “cracked the algo”. And some of these are doctors!
Be careful getting advice online people.

People who exercise regularly, think that it gives them the right to eat whatever they want and not suffer the consequences.
People, you can not out-train bad nutrition.
Eat nutritious food, move often, and if you want to add strength and muscle, lift heavy stuff.
Fitness Mistakes I Wish I Knew Sooner
I’ve been training for decades, and if I could go back, I’d do a lot of things differently. Here are the biggest fitness mistakes I wish I knew sooner. 🧵👇
10. The goal isn’t just to look fit—it’s to feel and perform well for life.
Fitness should enhance your life, not take over it. Train for longevity, not just aesthetics.
1. Compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls) still form the base of my training.
These exercises recruit the most muscle, build real-world strength, and keep your body moving as a unit.
10. Strength training isn’t about punishing yourself. It’s about setting yourself up for the future.
I train today so I can still do everything I love at 50, 60, and beyond. Training until you're smashed is severely overrated.
