@VirginTrains I fail to see how engineering works should impact on seat reservations

[charlotte ingham @char2712]

@VirginTrains i have booked a return from London Euston to Preston, outbound Fri 25th March, departing 09.33, return Mon 28th March at 13.58

[charlotte ingham @char2712]

@VirginTrains yes, I was not able to reserve online so I contacted customer services. I was simply told no seats could be reserved

[charlotte ingham @char2712]

@VirginTrains I was unable to reserve seats on trains despite explaining I have a disability meaning I cannot stand for 6 hours. Disgusting!

[charlotte ingham @char2712]

@demand5_tv oh I have been able to watch it on Apple TV in the past, has it changed now?

[charlotte ingham @char2712]

@demand5_tv cannot catch up anything on Apple TV, checked the Apple TV and it's working with everything else... Any ideas?
