@giffgaff Can you chase this up please, the phone wasnt even on the van for delivery today nevermind attempted. This is unacceptable when you state next day delivery then use a company that lie about their attempts.

@giffgaff Yep ive done all of that, then got the ai bot, asked to speak to a human, and as I was typing out the issue it closed the chat and said you sont have anyone to speak to in person and I had to submit an email form that would be looked at in 24 hours
@giffgaff There's no way of speaking to a person there either ๐ญ the ai chat bot said it would get a person then closed the chat and directed me to an email address. My new phone is going to be utterly destroyed by the time its bounced around a delivery van for 2 more days

What in the absolute hell is going on here. Ordered some grocery items via @JustEatUK from @Morrisons , because they had dairy free ice cream on offer and i have a child with a severe allergy. These items were not delivered and now just eat are refusing to refund!
@ManchesterICP what in the hell is this?? My son was due to have his assessment between Sept and Nov 25 when you paused assessments. New appointments only opened in April, how have they run out of funding in 6 weeks?!

@AvantiWestCoast Honestly an absolutely terrible end to a lovely day out. Asked a simple question about the quickest way to the platform and got a load of attitude and didnt even tell us the right way and we nearly missed our once an hour train
@AvantiWestCoast how can I make a complaint about a member of station staff please? First time at Crewe Station and had an appalling time with a member of staff refusing to help when im travelling with an autistic child.
@russhas@MartinSLewis It made it into the vaccine schedule by 2016. This happens all the time when vaccine companies over price their product and then it gets negotiated down to a price suitable for the NHS.
