@youfibre please explain why I’m paying for the second most expensive package and yet my internet drops out in ‘peak periods’ and there’s nothing you can do about it, even other one of your promises is ‘guaranteed internet’
As a recently new customer I’m not impressed.
@bookingcom I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received. My booking was cancelled after they attempted to charge me twice, and no support was provided to resolve the issue. As a result, I’m now unable to go on my planned trip—my holiday has been ruined due to their error
