The hardest part of parenthood is when your working but creche ring to say the child is sick.. then it’s the 48 hours they aren’t allowed back in creche for. Then it’s the decision on who takes the hit for taking work off. All you want to do is be home with them when their sick..

Moved out of our apartment yesterday. Told by the landlord that they’ll send the correct meter readings. No sign by the close of business yesterday.

Aisling Murphy’s death really has shook me to the core. The same age as me, hearing her boyfriend and family speak about her really hits home.
I thought Ireland may only have minor issues in comparison to the rest of the world, clearly not. It’s so sad.
