@airasia Ain’t gonna travel with @airasia again! This was my first time travel with @airasia and the customer service at the front desk was worst and they literally looking to scam the passengers charging extra fee on check in baggage. I would never recommend anyone to fly with airasia.

Flew @AirAsia from Tokyo to Bangalore baggage fees were a nightmare. Website says 14,000¥, but I was charged 23,000¥ at the airport. At first they even asked 56,000¥ for just 4kg extra!

This is misleading & unfair. Never flying AirAsia again.
