I'm currently travelling in Train No: 17314,there is no water coming from the taps in any of the nearby coaches.This is highly inconvenient, especially for long-distance travel. How can such a basic necessity be overlooked?

Sheduled arrival at yeshwantpur junction was 8:10 and still the destination is not arrived.
