Thanks for contacting us.
If customers advise they are exempt from wearing a face covering, store colleagues should not challenge them or ask for proof of exemption.
This is in line with Government guidelines.

Was told not to attend click and collect yesterday as they closed six hours early but to attend today and it’d be ready.

Rung the click and collect line, atleast 20 other cars in attendance but we’ve all left as there no staff here!

I am an epileptic asthmatic with a child with speech difficulties and got told I would be denied access to your Shipley store yesterday without a mask or ID.

@kfc Pls take a look at Shipley’s Just Eat reviews - get the order wrong REPEATEDLY, mix up allergens, don’t answer the phone or allow you to speak to a manager - or he just argues then hangs up on you!
What’s the point in “checking” the order if staff can’t count to 8 items 🤦🏼‍♀️😂
