@Vietjetglobal awful customer service. My flight was delayed by 12 hours, then they tell me they put my bag on the wrong flight to Bangkok, and say that they’ll get someone to deliver my bag to my hotel in the morning. Just arrived at my hotel- bag is no where to be seen!!!!!
