Hey @Uber, when I share a safety concern regarding a driver who was so bad and whose driving was so unsafe I had to have him pull over so I get out, I do not want a $5 credit, I want my money back. Unacceptable!
Outrageous treatment for a loyal @ATT customer. Day-long #wifi outage, and impossible to get someone on the phone who can give a time frame. Unacceptable for those of us who work from home during #coronavirus. Calling Verizon in the am.

@slinganswers Nope. Not in my case. Have now spent $55 on gift cards I was told to get since your system didn’t recognize my credit card 🙄. Now it doesn’t recognize my GC. Supposedly billing may be able to look at this in 48 hours. I spent 55 and have no TV. Just got hung up on. Waste of $!

Atrocious service from @Sling. System wrongly thinks my CC is a prepaid card. Reps says to get gift card for $25 and call back. Do so and am told GC not applicable for promotions and to go back and get additional $15 GC. NOT renewing next month. Stay AWAY!
