@TheWave I have been trying to organise my son’s birthday, I have emailed, called, tried booking on the website and had no luck nor no response and it’s been 4 days and many times waiting on the phone. How can I make a booking?

@BandQ I bought this toilet seat today and was told if I break the plastic wrap I can’t return it. I fixed it to the toilet and removed the wrap last to ensure it fits and then saw this. Am I able to return it for an undamaged one?

@CarShopGB your service had been absolutely dreadful. We’ve been trying to sort out an issue with a car we bought off you in July and everytime we call you say you’ll call back in 48 hours yet no one ever does!! I would NEVER recommend you to anyone buying a car!!!

@Homebase_help @Homebase_uk I’ve taken the afternoon off to take delivery and I’ve just taken in 2 parcels out of 3 with no explanation as to why the 3rd never came. When is the 3rd parcel arriving? Bad communication!!!!
