HMRC has ignored the #LoanCharge pre Dec 2010 cut-off.

HMRC sent s684 letter for 2009, 10, and 11 tax years ie years that remain open.

This nightmare just got worse 😢

@loanchargeAPPG I’m in a similar position. I was offered settlement and was 11 days late in returning a form (because I was ill) and so they withdrew the offer. I have been trying to resolve it for the subsequent 3 years and as the person above says I’m just ghosted by hmrc
