@DanWSports It definitely is, especially with the Mike Ryan/Shanahan case study to work off of I'm not even surprised if McDaniel runs it back here next year.
Why do people want MHJ? His struggles and catching issues could set us back even farther than Q has if he doesn't immediately fix it and become a reliable part of the offense.
After three years covering the Chargers, today was my last day. Starting next week, I’ll be covering the Sixers for ESPN. Excited to move back to my hometown for what could be a transformative year for the franchise.
@krisrhim1@rjthegreatest10 Congrats tho Kris! You've been a great reporter for the Bolts and I look forward to your coverage of the 6ers. LEBRONNNNNN BOO BOO BOOM!
@bolt_jv No unless this is dynasty, you could argue you're getting some depth but AJB is still hurt and Gibbs is in his prime. I'd still ask for a 1st round pick though if that was the case.
I have seen so much discourse about this, and it’s wild how split people are.
First of all, if you’re snatching a ball away from a kid, wrestling a kid for a ball under a seat, or otherwise taking a ball that a kid clearly had a legitimate chance at, obviously give the ball to the kid. That’s a no-brainer.
But if a ball is hit directly at you and you catch it, and some kid seven rows back in a completely different section wants your ball, you do not owe that kid the ball. In fact, I think the parents/other adults who start pressuring someone to give their ball to their kid are way goofier than the person who simply keeps the ball they caught.
Also, why do people automatically assume that if an adult catches a ball and doesn’t give it to a kid, it’s because they’re selfish and have nobody to give it to?
Maybe they have a kid at home. Maybe they have a niece or nephew. Maybe it’s their first baseball and they want to keep it. Maybe they just want the ball they caught. Why is an adult automatically obligated to give it away?
This situation is a little different because that Dodgers fan looks young enough to be a kid himself. But even if he were an adult, how do you know he doesn’t have a kid at home he wants to give it to?
Adults who jump in front of kids, shove kids out of the way, or compete with kids for a ball are absolutely goofy and indefensible...
But an adult catching a ball that is hit directly to them, with no kid involved in the play, does not automatically mean that ball needs to be handed over to the nearest child.
Catching a ball isn't a handout.
Walker Buehler went on the paternity list.
Mason Miller went on the paternity list.
Now Buehler will start Game 4.
Miller could be back today.
The Padres are down 2-1.
And their season is on the line.
There couldn’t be a better time for some new-dad magic.
LET THE DAD STRENGTH BEGIN.
@seldomseen303@ItsRhinoMane Your namesake is perfect. You definitely live in your own echo chamber of a box.
Your team is dirty, it's because of your coach, and you hate that you know I'm right. Again, I'd rather be a fan of a bad chargers team than a piece of donkey shit like payton any day
It sounds like you didn't look up who the most penalized team in 2025 was, is that right?
Just so you know since you appear highly uneducated: when a flag is called in football, there's a yardage penalty to the offending team. So when you figure out what team I'm talking about, that should answer your question.
