@morgan4life101@mala_sarkady Thank you. I wanted to say this. I work, I pay all my bills. I don't want to feel like I owe anyone anything. When my partner and I buy our house together, then he will help with the bills. But why should he pay bills for a place where he doesn't even live?
@Lana1163457 You should have introduced your boyfriend, as your boyfriend when he came back "at the wrong moment". How were you acting toward your BF that the guy thought he was your brother? If I am out with my man, no one would mistake him as my brother, & not because of what we look like.
@thepeacepoet99 I think they are a tad long, but not awful. To tuck or not to tuck I think is a personal preference & I base it on what boots I am wearing. Some look great with jeans tucked, & some look better with them over. I have a ton of boots, & many are just way too cute not to show off.
@amused_master@pjalphareacts Right, if she was having a problem, she should have gone to counseling, not to another man. Without context it's impossible to know if he needs counseling too, but she sure as hell does.
@pjalphareacts Nope, no 2nd chance. I draw that hard line. She was willing to throw 17 years away for a 1 night stand, oh hell no. And if it was a full blown affair, even worse. The trust will never be the same.
@Vickcantmiss Damn, what is wrong with women. Of course I don't know the whole story, but if my man did this for me, even if I didn't love it, he would never know, because I would make sure he felt my joy that he did something kind for me.
@billgwolcott something I often get in return. I feel I still tend to overcompensate in relationships because of the old thoughts of having to earn the
love that I so freely give.
@billgwolcott I learned to do opposite of my what my parents did. In doing so, life, & relationships would be better, & they are. Growing up where love, acceptance & approval always came at a cost, was painful. Unconditional love has always felt like something I am fully able to give, but not
I want a love that feels sacred.
Unconditional. Grounded.
Soft communication. Loud loyalty.
The kind that never stops choosing you even when it's hard.
A love that communicates, heals, and chooses us daily. a love that feels like home after every storm.
@lporiginalg So you think because you cheated only 1 time in ten years that it's ok? I was with my late husband for 36 years. Guess how many times I cheated, NONE. You threw the 10 years away, not him.
@CrystalWags96@Empress_Brymex You're right, he's not her father, & doesn't have to pay her bills either. If one chooses a life where they are financially dependent on another, the least they can do is make that person a priority. My partner doesn't pay my bills, because I won't let him, but he is my priority.
