Disappointed! I've been a loyal customer with @Groupon 4 over 8 yrs. I was finding it hard 2 get through, 2 resolve an issue. Had 2 send numerous emails spoke 2 numerous CA. End result, was being refunded, with my account be closed, and receiving no apology. #Unsatisfied.
