@itsHecticc @Sony How about @sony does the smart thing and keep both going. Or just keep D2 on life support and start on something the Destiny fanbase can shift to? That honestly would make more sense. D2 needs a fresh new batch of core playlists, strikes and such, despite this last update.

Its just more focused on a specific type of player which in turn was a bad call if its what sony is banking on. it could have been a plan to let bungie sink, that way Sony could take over all of bungie in the end. (I dont play extraction shooters fyi)

@GrocottAlec @Zavallr The downside of marathon is just simply its focus is on a smaller group of players that enjoy extraction shooters whereas Destiny embraces a wider audience due to its variety in whats available to play.

Developers are entitled to make other games outside of just one IP. How its handled is where the you look based off of leadership.

@mgintheoc @A_dmg04 Im ok either way. I invested my years and money into destiny from the beginning from its highs and lows. I also realize that D2 is no longer the game that I experienced back when d1 was thriving which has been the main push for me to not enjoy it.
