@ABC I don't think this woman understands how experience and other qualifications factor into pay. Of course the posted range tops out above her current pay, that gives the hiring company the flexibility to attract highly qualified employees, ones with many years of experience.

I've already used ChatGPT to write press releases and a few social media posts. BUT: ChatGPT isn't #AI or #ArtificialIntelligence because there is no intelligence behind what it generates.

It is a great tool to "make me some boilerplate words to to in this place" to be edited

1. Landlord's expenses don't have a set amount that they rise each year.
2. Landlords would rather replace tenants than be restricted by rent increases.
3. This would dissuade construction of new rentable housing, raising overall rents for everyone.
