@ChrisAlvino I have corneal ectasia in my right eye because of PRK, 20/20 vision in both eyes for 20+ years until now. Probably legally blind in my right eye without a scleral contact. My eye doc says that it happens to people that have Lasik as well, be warned.

@ChrisAlvino 25 years after receiving PRK I developed corneal ectasia. Long story short, I'm legally blind in my right eye. After doing some research it seems to be a common side effect. If I want to be able to see I have to wear a very big uncomfortable contact lense. Not worth it.

@AustinWhittRE @jrblackshirts @YodasPetLlama It is that way here in WA. I don't have to be a NAR member or local assoc to be a MLS member. The big brokerages were the ones requiring it. I chose not to pay lobbying associations just to have the title of "Realtor". I think changes will be minimal, hopefully for the better.

@unusual_whales I don’t get all the realtor hate, it just seems like jealousy or envy, or whatever. If you don’t want to pay for their services then just do it yourself, not hard really. But I guess if you didn’t have a realtor and things went south you would have no one to blame but yourself.

@JayzTwoCents I’m on liquid, 4090 hit over 70 degrees playing D4 during the cutscenes, I’ve never seen that high on any other games recently, had me worried a little.

@ArtOfTotemEye @JoshuaPotash I've suggested this to a few clients I'm working with that are getting frustrated. Piece of land 100k, good size starter home 250k. After it's built it would probably be valued at 600k, if you want to wait for it to be built that is. Most people need housing now though.

@CatJova P/T real estate broker, it's really tough for buyers. I live in an area where a house was sold for 1mil over list price. I have written 30 offers for one of my clients before they got 1 accepted. You're not alone, don't give up.

@commie_mommie_ Our childcare person is 20, she's a student, the rent she pays is double our mortgage! Totally normal right? I don't know how young people survive these days, I work 2 jobs as it is just to be comfortable.

@hasanthehun True story for sure, I'm a part time real estate broker, and I can't even wrap my mind around a first time home buyer even wanting to enter this market. Too much private equity and people with bags of cash apparently.
