Hey @AmericanAir, 3 hour flight delay after take my frequent flyer miles to upgrade, then you didnt get food onboard, then blame caterer. We now land at 9pm, no food, with no freq. flyer miles. Very very frustrating! And feel like you stole my miles back!

Arrived @CLTAirport for golf weekend. 30 minute wait @AmericanAir to check bags at PRIORITY because limited staff. @AmericanAir moved staff into Club for training and when finally got there, 20 people waiting to check in handful of customers. @AmericanAir just pretend to care!

@KennySmithCLT @AmericanAir Correct. My golf bag is four days not seen. @AmericanAir sent it from CLT to DEN to CLT to DEN to CLT to DEN. Three calls and numerous emails. All promises, no resolution. Good news-Maybe my bag now is Exec Platinum status given all the miles it’s accrued this week.

Going on golf trip. American Airlines @AmericanAir and Charlotte Airport @CLTAirport don’t load golf bag onto airplane, so no clubs or shoes and missing golf while spending money hotel room and meals. When do we stop averting such horrible service from these providers?

The guy I’m supposed to play golf with is waiting and waiting for his clubs to get on carousel along with 90-100 people waiting on luggage. 1 hour and 20 minute and counting. Where is @AmericanAir ???

@WFAE I wish WFAE had connected Ed to Charlotte as Ed created a powerful bronze statue on the Little Sugar Creek Greenway of Thaddeus Tate. Tate was nicknamed The Mayor of Brooklyn and a powerful African American who was a critical part of Charlotte’s unique history.
