@talktoBOI So you monitor tweets because it is bad publicity. May I suggest that BofI uses some of its reported profits to hire some more customer service agents. At this stage I'm done with BofI, I'm actively seeking an alternative banking service.

No use calling Bank of Ireland Customer Service – they don’t have one anymore - for either business or personal accounts. But I have a plan. I’ll default on my next CC payment and they will call me on the very next day. That particular BofI service seems to work all the time...

It’s +2 weeks since our home fibre modem failed. Tried reporting again this morning, no agents available on chat/phone. The only thing that seems to work efficiently is the billing. How do I get this fixed, or failing that, switch from #Vodafone ?

Here's a link to a mapping tool called Story Maps, can be used at any level. @Esri #ArcGIS have a huge amount of information online. These are the tools I use all the time, other mapping tools are available :-)
