In Emeka Ihedioha vs. Hope Uzodinma, there was an application for review to the SC, which the court heard but declined to upturn its decision

@UNSPOKNHEAD @PremiumTimesng No, NJC can not reverse the judgment of a court. It can only sanction the judge if the error is glaring and tainted with corruption. But the CA can reverse itself with this precedent if the application for review is made to it.

It has jurisdiction to reverse itself once a good argument anchored on this precedent is made
