Here's my biggest takeaway from last night's debacle for the #NYGiants:
Own it. You were terrible in every facet. You don't have an offseason to lick your wounds, like you did Philly in the playoffs.
You have 24 hours. Own the suck. It's not the media's fault. Don't blame those who will laugh at you all week.
Dig deep. Show up in Arizona.

Here is Thomas Jefferson's “Original Rough Draught" of our Declaration of Independence (with revisions added by John Adams and Benjamin Franklin), 1776:
Make sure you know what you're retiring to.
This was a hard post to write.
I almost didn't write it in fact. I've started and trashed this story many times.
But I believe there are important lessons in this story we can learn from.
Warning: this does not have a happy ending.
If Joe Schoen doesn't trade Kadarius Toney, he doesn't have that big kick return against the Eagles.
If Joe Schoen doesn't release James Bradberry, he doesn't tug on JuJu's jersey.
You may lose your wife, you may lose your dog, your mother may hate you. None of those things matter. What matters is that you achieve success and become free. Then you can do whatever you like.
