I just ran an ultramarathon and raised a €5M seed round with Holo 😈

A year ago, I had no idea how to build a design team. I couldn’t imagine running an ultra either.

Turns out, you don’t need to know how to do something to start.

You just figure shit out along the way ❤️

@tryholo_ai And is there anyone worth checking out who talks about this more?

[Karolis Vaiginis @CharlesVaiginis]

My job used to be mostly design.

Being at @tryholo_ai from day 0 meant jumping between website, product, growth, brand, team, hiring, retention… and the next problem is always something new 😄

I'll share what I learn along the way.
