@HMRCcustomers It’s all automated and done on voice. I’ve rang so many times and it always ends with me being directed to the website. I’ve tried to make a complaint but it says I can’t as there is more than one account registered to my email

Update: need to contact the delivery company @ArrowXL who just FAILED to turn up without warning, haven’t responded to our email, sent us broken links and have an hour wait time on their phone lines (which cost) fuming!!

37 weeks pregnant, should of had a sofa delivered from @verynetwork on Tuesday. Didn’t arrive. FINALLY received a text from the delivery company today asking us to rebook. The link doesn’t work and there’s no contact number. Gonna be having a baby with no sofas at this rate! 🙃🙃
