I was unjustly terminated by YouTube.
Yes, I’m Final SENTENCE — a channel covering execution cases in the United States. I was the “direct competitor” of Final Verdict.
We both created our channels on February 23rd and 24th, 2025.
YouTube terminated my channel for “spam and deceptive practices.”
They never explained what that meant.
I had no warnings, no strikes, no reused content, no copyright issues — nothing.
I appealed, and 30 seconds later I received an automatic email.
There was no real review. The termination was instantly confirmed.
Then I contacted @TeamYouTube, and their only response was: “you can only appeal once.”
That was it.
They wiped out my entire year of work:
– over 100 published videos
– more than 30,000 subscribers
– 100% original content, researched, written, narrated, and produced by me
– organic growth — no bots, no buying views, no tricks
And there are three things about this situation that are truly cynical.
In November, the channel had already earned almost $2,000 in the first 13 days, through ads YouTube placed on my videos and charged advertisers for.
But I was told that money would be “returned to the advertisers.”
Returned what?
Those ads were played, the audience saw them, YouTube took their cut.
The only person who didn’t get paid was me.
I worked for free.
11 years I’ve been working on YouTube.
I had no chance to defend myself, no explanation, and no human review.
With one click, YouTube erased my main source of income, a full year of work, and a real community.
I’m sharing this because this could happen to any creator —
No strikes.
No warnings.
No visible reason.
No real appeal.
I want my case to be seen.
The second unbelievable thing is that 5 days after my termination, on November 23rd, YouTube sent me a “Highlights of your October” video, showing several of my own videos — which, obviously, can’t be watched.
And the third thing that feels terrible is what’s happening to the platform I loved the most in the world.
YouTube used to be the magical place where we could express ourselves, where we were free to create and share our work, and where everyone could earn something from it.
And today it feels like a jungle — where only those with luck, or a large enough following on Twitter to get attention, can survive.
Ironically, I’m now a ‘digital death-row inmate’ — because after being unjustly terminated, every day I wake up afraid they might shut down all my channels and accounts, and that I’ll end up literally on the street.
It’s a horrible situation.
I need a manual review, because this termination is a severe injustice.
And there’s a fourth thing that feels outrageous:
There is a channel that took my name — it’s called “The Final Sentence” — and it’s now the one leading the niche. It took all my traffic by explicitly copying my channel, which I consider part of the ecosystem YouTube itself created. So I’m not complaining about that part — that’s how competition works on the platform.
What I’m highlighting is the hypocrisy of terminating my channel for “spam and deceptive practices,” without any reason or proof, while there is a much newer channel that copied even the name, whose content is significantly lower quality, and the channel YouTube chose to eliminate was mine.
I trust that YouTube will give me my channel back.
I need it — it’s my primary source of income.
Please, @YouTubeLATAM@YouTubeCreators , do something.
If anyone can retweet this, I’d really appreciate it.
Today it’s me — tomorrow it could be you.
Regards.
