I've got a tile in my mac toolbar I can click to see cpu, ram, ssd etc -- all my computer vitals visible (must have mac app)

I wanted the same experience for my body's vitals so I got GPT-6 Astra to pull data from my Oura ring and create something similar in literally 5 mins

Now I can view all my vitals in a click along with my mac's
