@DB_Bahn ... shall lead to cost reimbursement, the person in charge is just ignoring me

[Charles-Louis Melchior @charliemelch]

@DB_Bahn I have been waiting for 9 months now for the refund of my accommodation costs since I arrived in Paris with a 15 hours delay... how long are you going to ignore me?! and please stop saying that I should turn to @SNCFVoyageurs: I had a DB ticket and travelled in a ICE!!!

[Charles-Louis Melchior @charliemelch]

@DB_Bahn That's correct. What I am asking for is reimbursement of my hotel costs in Metz (we landed there at 1 am and we told to take a train the next morning to continue our travel to Paris). While your colleagues on the phone says my request is legitimate and...

@DB_Bahn I have

[Charles-Louis Melchior @charliemelch]

@DB_Bahn @DB_Bahn each time I am calling, I am being told that I am right and that I should get my costs reimbursed, but the person formally in charge of my request would just keep ignoring this, and every 3 months sending me a copy-paste letter saying I shall turn to @SNCFVoyageurs ...

[Charles-Louis Melchior @charliemelch]

@UberEats instead of solving the issue with my order due to a problem on your platform, the only thing you propose is to give a bad rating to your delivery guy and your partner restaurant instead... #ShameOnYou

[Charles-Louis Melchior @charliemelch]

WTF?!
