@Delta we need to talk. As a pretty satisfied, very loyal customer (Diamond member for about a decade) I appreciate the customer service and the frequent upgrades the first class. That said, everyone knows the front row of the plane is not the most ideal seat .

@Delta it’s uncomfortable and you have to put your personal item above for takeoff and landing, which, for us business travelers, is quite inconvenient. Too often I am first in line for an upgrade and get put in the front row when other seats are available.
