Just dropped the needle on side IV of this gem. A collection of dusty road ramblings that are inspiring and colorful in all the right ways. Got my Sunday started off correct😤

@funkentechno I love Girls!! I remember being drunk after a night with friends and coming home and listening to “Hellhole Ratrace” and thinking it was the most tragically beautiful song I’d ever heard
Ty Segall’s Manipulator fuckin’ rips. I am so comforted by the fact that there is a seemingly endless supply of his melodic garage-scuzz that I will be able to throw on and enjoy throughout my life. 🤘
@funkentechno @Ncjae2 Balsams is an all-timer for me and I can 100% vouch that SUSS are phenomenal purveyors of cowboy ambient… check out Ghost Box, it doesn’t leave my car stereo rotation 🤠🤙
@the_real_reason Dude, you are so good at this. Such good analysis, I really value what you’re doing and look forward to it after each game, thank you 💪
@funkentechno He is unreal. Sneaks up on you. I will second the recommendation of Mangy Love. To me it’s his most realized record and one that I can’t quit. He captures melancholy so well.
Also, yes, “County Line” from Wit’s End is easily one of the best songs I’ve ever heard.
@funkentechno Yeah, this one is a true evergreen. The vibes are immaculate and, yes, eternally loopable.
I would love to own it on vinyl but I don’t even want to looking at the shipping cost from Belgium to Hawai’i 😵💫
