@merseyrail Hi, I’m not sure what you mean. There’s nothing to signpost you. If you are in a wheelchair, mobility issues, a pram, or luggage there’s no easy/obvious way for you to purchase a ticket at Lime Street to travel to the Wirral without going down steps.

@merseyrail Hi, arriving into Lime Street with heavy suitcases and want to catch the Wirral Line. Can we buy a Wirral line ticket on the concourse at Lime Street? As you know - escalators not working but there’s no ticket machines on the platform!
