Hi @palmpay_ng i made a flight booking through your app yesterday for a return ticket and was debited accordingly
I got only the ticket for one flight and the other has been hanging since yesterday
I have sent you multiple dms to adress the issue and still i have been left hanging, i have tried your customer care line, and it has not been going through , all the feedback I've been getting keeps telling me the transaction was successful, please the transaction wasn't successful, as i did not receive a booking reference for my flight.
I have no booking reference to prove that the second flight has been booked, i only have a booking reference for 1 flight, kindly explain to me why this is such and get me my ticket. Thank you!!!!.
