@virginmedia your customer service is shocking!You have billed & charged me extra incorrectly since we agreed a new contract in Feb. I have phoned up every month to explain and sort. Was told to pay £70 on 19/4 then nothing until June. Package still showing up as incorrect £ too!

@prestoncouncil received a threatening letter from yourselves re council tax. Cannot get through to your phone line. Queue is always busy and line gets put down. How can I resolve this when I cannot get in touch? I have three children (1 newborn) and not got time to keep calling

@AmazonHelp It would help if the contact number for the third party company worked but this just rings out? Not satisfied with this outcome as it makes it pointless returning it when spending money to tie down lights and put up for second time

@AmazonUK ordered Xmas lights.paid to get them put up and worked fine. Now stopped working.Only solution from CS is to return for refund. I am not happy to have to pay to get these taken down, return and then pay to get new ones put up. Please advise. Need sorting before Xmas 🤷🏼‍♀️
