@Morrisons It shouldn’t take this long to acknowledge and/or respond to customer issues. The website offers no contact other than the FAQs - most others have a chat facility at least. Quick enough to take my money but not to help. If you’re that busy - get more staff!

@JustEatUK Should have learned from my first shocking experience and not given you a second chance. Currently 1 hour 35 mins since we put our order in and still not even a courier assigned so no food - and no update since the last ETA of 1915. And yet not able to cancel!

Over 2 hours to receive a stone cold and inedible order due to drivers not turning up when they said they would and @JustEatUK not willing to refund the full amount. Disgraceful treatment of now former customers.
