@cheltfestivals deeply disappointed at the lack of functioning changing places facilities for dataface yesterday (not plumbed in) and today (electrics not working). 🤞🏻you have it sorted tomorrow so our daughter doesn’t have to limit her fluid intake for 3rd day in a row!

@Morrisons delivery driver just pulled up right outside our house & left their engine running while on the phone at 22:39 at night? They have woken us & our disabled child up. When asked if they could turn off their engine the driver wound the window up & drove off.

@birminghamcg22 when all you want to do is bring your child (full time wheelchair user) with her 2 siblings to watch the combined athletics but you can’t buy the tickets as unable to add a companion ticket. Companion tickets should not be included in the limit. Feeling 😞

@wild_place our daughters school has booked a trip to you as you told them you have full disabled facilities. Your website and access statement contradicts this. Can you confirm these are out of date and you do have a changing places facility with hoist and changing bench.

@GlosCC @Siobhan_Baillie another days leave taken today to sit at home between 10 & 5 awaiting a delivery from GIS only today the delivery was fictional! Who do I submit my invoice too for my time? Who is going to start listening to the users who rely on this broken system?

@GlosCCG Surgery directs us to the local vaccination line who tell me they have no clinics for 5-11 yr olds currently. They redirect me to 119 who cannot book an appointment until 12 week after the 1st vaccine which leaves with a walk in clinic in Bristol. 🤷🏻‍♀️

@GlosCCG please tell me how I can get my clinically vulnerable 11yr old child her second dose in Gloucestershire. Or can you advise where I should send my expenses for the 90 minute round trip to the only centre in the SW currently offering vaccines to these group of patients!

@GWRHelp @PAFCRyan This was your disabled access carriage, 2 wheelchair users both young ladies and their companions had no hope. Awful attitude of the public who just laughed at us as we were unable to get on with with our family.

@gigaclear this is how your contractors have left the pavement in slimbridge. Can I ask how do you suggest we get a wheelchair through here so our child can get to school?

Disheartened again at the orthotics service from @GlosHealthNHS 9 weeks and waiting for a pair of splints to help get C standing again which were classed as urgent urgent!! Makes me want to cry seeing her struggle daily while we wait 😢. Why will no-one take responsibility 😞
