@sergeantsup c:

[charlotte @charmcgi]

@OneEyedAlpaca they said i have higher chance of sarcopenia bc crohn’s and i was like oh boy SPITE

[charlotte @charmcgi]

you will not believe the goblin things i do to hit these macros daily. i had eggs and rice with mayo for dinner bc i was low on fat for the day.

[charlotte @charmcgi]

it turns out i wasn’t eating enough back then, i’d plateaued at 135lbs hip thrust for months and felt tired all the time

fitness coach now has me on 135g protein / 220g carbs / 75g fat lifting 5 days / week

hit 205lbs hip thrust on monday and feel soooo much more energetic

[charlotte @charmcgi]

i only gym twice a week but i’ve been extremely consistent for 5 months now and eat at least 100g protein / day

day 1: squat + hip thrust + dumbbell walking lunges + back extensions

day 2: rdl + leg press + bulgarians

[charlotte @charmcgi]

err eating enough carbs and protein, i was eating way too much fat lol

[charlotte @charmcgi]

if you sit in the front row of the theater, you actually see a movie called You Can't See Anything

[charlotte @charmcgi]

@easoncxz oh i didn't read it that way!! i was just excited to talk about it lol

[charlotte @charmcgi]

i started working with a fitness coach and she's like insanely competent

elite programming methodology + nutrition + hormonal considerations + identity work

[charlotte @charmcgi]

@easoncxz dude it actually works, it's legit giving me dysphoria when i do unaligned things
https://t.co/DlX4bmA4Y1

[charlotte @charmcgi]

@Duderichy the mindset work is the most bizzare, she has a specific morning routine that's basically subconscious reprogramming. after only a week of it daily i'm beginning to experience a dysphoria when I do or don't do things that are aligned with the person I want to become.

[charlotte @charmcgi]

idk like i'm even looking at my simple meal prepped chicken thighs, roasted broccoli, and rice differently. like instead of judging myself i'm like this is awesome, i'm hitting my goals!

[charlotte @charmcgi]

this program is literally meant for me, the mindset / identity work is insane

yesterday i was crashing out a bit bc i'm struggling to stay on top of meal prepping (my agent had some bugs with portions lol) and missed her weekly group coaching call, which was literally about embracing imperfection and lowering expectations when starting new habits

and i'm like huh yeah you know it is pretty unreasonable to expect myself to go from "has never meal prepped in my life" to "meal preps elaborate meals every week"

[charlotte @charmcgi]

i started working with a fitness coach and she's like insanely competent

[charlotte @charmcgi]

@amanjha__ yes!!

[charlotte @charmcgi]

essentially my startup can be described as “automated mom for healthcare”

you know, making sure your appointments are scheduled, your records are together, your meds are picked up. will fight tooth and nail to make sure you’re getting the best care possible.

[charlotte @charmcgi]

@ungatedlife oh wow! would she be open to chatting with me?

[charlotte @charmcgi]

@amanjha__ lmfaooo

[charlotte @charmcgi]

unironically step 1 is to build these systems with wife in the loop, and then progressively automate

RLWF

[Sonia Baschez @SoniaBaschez]

Silicon Valley keeps building me a husband when what I really want is a wife lol

I don't want an agent that only does one-off, random tasks that are nice but not life-changing: booking flights, making dinner reservations, or buying tickets

I want an AI wife who knows what’s on the family calendar, remembers there’s a birthday party Saturday and we haven’t bought a gift then sends me options, realizes we’re almost out of diapers and buys them, knows which bills are coming up, remembers someone needs a dentist appointment and books it, figures out what the hell we’re eating all week and what we need from the grocery store, and generally keeps track of the 47 things that need to happen before anyone else even realizes they need to happen.

So, who's building me an AI wife that carries the mental load instead of an AI husband that waits for me to give it a chore??

[charlotte @charmcgi]

every time a new health tech platform pops up im like yes yes more services to coordinate

[charlotte @charmcgi]

@silverarm0r same i’ve kinda given up T___T
