And from the mindless search in mundane memories that the sound of footsteps began to be heard, metal clanking and the faint sound of the subway overturned by the soft music that flooded the city, models started to emerge from the metro exit and into the streets.

The street lamps illuminating discarded spots of the sidewalks people only walk in but retain no recollection of, the sharp corners of the metal railings leading to the sidewalks with the ignored city map hanging above it.

The cold, monotonous tones used to color – or the lack thereof, the city made it somewhat peculiar, yet somewhat familiar. Makes one rekindle stashed memories of a city frequently visited but never truly explored.
