The education system up here is failing alot of our students 🙅‍♀️. Everytime I edit an essay for one of my past student I'm shocked at what they think is acceptable.

Another thing I love about my industry job: meetings have an end! They last max 45 mins. No neverending discussions, no 2 hours overtime meetings! There is respect for people's time.
