Hey @LIRR just admit east side access to GCT failed. Cut your losses and move on. The service in unreliable now. Stood at Woodside for 25 minutes next to a stalled train before my train got canceled. Read the room. You made commuting worse. What’s the point!

Dear Conductor of the 6:53am train from Jamaica-Brooklyn, Does it bring you joy to watch the passengers bust out of the doors to attempt to get onto your train only to have you close them in our faces? @LIRR, you truly hate your customers, especially the Brooklyn-bound ones.

Incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the @LIRR upcoming schedule. Not one West Hempstead train going to Atlantic during the morning commute despite dozens of empty trains going to GC. Clearly you care more about GC optics than your customers.

@LIRR The 7:02 train from Jamaica to Atlantic that I had to transfer to thanks to you re-routing my train in the original tweet to Grand Central. Clearly it was underestimated how many people on the West Hempstead line end up in Brooklyn over Grand Central.
