Thinking a lot about this excellent chart, and if we'll see mean reversion. Declining land size over time not factored in, nor is the move to apartment living if it is median house price and not median dwelling price. Increased workforce participation grows GDP per capita too.

@Jason As someone who has cut some reasonable sized branches over the years when they've come down in storms, I wouldn't go near anything that size. Definitely a job to be outsourced.

Tragic news. I know this spot very well. Normally drivers slow down as multiple entry and exit points to the shopping centre. Looking at the photo is appears the elderly driver has missed the slight downhill bend in the road at the carpark entry and so avoided bumping the kerb.

What is the English word to describe an email being sent where you forgot to add the attachment? In the olden days farmers believed that eggs with no yolk were laid by roosters. Could I say "You just sent me a rooster egg" when opening reveals that something important is missing?
